As our items are handmade, processing times may vary.

Ready-made items are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Custom or personalised orders may take 7–14 working days, depending on the complexity of the piece.
You’ll be advised of an estimated dispatch time at the point of order.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via a reliable courier or Royal Mail, depending on size and destination. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on item size, weight, and delivery location.

Custom & Fragile Items
Many of our items are one-of-a-kind, fragile, or customised. Extra care is taken with packaging, and we recommend inspecting your order upon arrival.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where applicable. We’ll always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
